About
I am a solo founder. That means I write the code, wire the billing, take the support mail and do the marketing, and it is less impressive than it sounds. What it really buys is a very short loop: I can see a problem and fix it the same afternoon, and there is nobody to hand it to if I do not.
Most of what I know I learned by shipping something that broke. A model priced into the wrong tier. A checkout that could be run twice. A webhook reading a field the newer API version had stopped sending, so a failed payment quietly kept its plan. None of these are interesting bugs. They are the ordinary ones that only show up once real money is moving, and they are the reason I now write the guard rather than the comment.
I also run a marketing agency. It pays for the products and it keeps me honest about the part founders like me are worst at: building something is the cheap part, and a finished feature earns nothing on its own. Distribution is the job I have to keep choosing on purpose.
If you found something I made and want to talk about it, the email below is the fastest route. I do not run a form.
